Vibe Safe

Community Standards

Every interaction on Viiiben whether in app, at events, and in person is governed by our Terms of Service. Misuse of another user's card or profile, harassment, stalking, or unwanted contact is grounds for immediate removal and potential legal action. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time.

The Card & Consent

A Viiiben card is an invitation. Not a pass. If they tap "Not Vibing"; that's a final answer. Do not re-engage through other means. A match is not consent to meet IRL. A date is not consent to anything physical. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Zero tolerance. No exceptions.

Your Data. Your Control.

Your profile is only visible to someone who physically scans your card. You control everything on it. You can delete your account and data at any time. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Viiiben Events

All attendees agree to our event terms upon RSVP. Physical contact without consent is grounds for a permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement. If something feels wrong, report it in app or call 911.

How we Protect You

  • No unsolicited discovery: Profiles are only accessible through a physical card scan

  • Messaging only unlocks through mutual vibing

  • Block and report available on every profile and message

  • All reports reviewed within 24 hours

  • Repeat offenders permanently banned

  • Serious violations escalated to law enforcement

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Emergency: Call 911 first

  • In app: Tap report on any profile or message

  • Follow up: safety@viiiben.com

Courage Deserves Protection

Why Viiiben Exists

Viiiben was built to inspire courage. We know handing someone a card takes a lot of it and we intend to protect that. There are behaviors that have no place here, not in the app, not in DMs, not at events, not ever. What follows is not a suggestion. It's the standard.

What Is Never Acceptable

The following are prohibited. "Just joking" is not a defense.

  • Messaging after no response or handing a second card after "Not Vibing"

  • Unsolicited sexual content, explicit images, or unwanted comments about someone's body

  • Humiliation, mockery, manipulation, or guilt-tripping after a rejection

  • Threats, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind

Violations result in immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement.

Subtle Red Flags

Not all harmful behavior is obvious. Trust your gut.

  • Pushing past a boundary you've already set

  • Making you feel responsible for their feelings after rejection

  • Using Refer a Friend to bypass a "Not Vibing" response

  • Pressuring you to respond faster or explain yourself

  • Making you feel unsafe in any way whether in app, at an event, or after meeting IRL.

How We Handle Reports

Every report is reviewed within 24 hours by our safety team. Serious violations are escalated to law enforcement immediately.

  • One tap to report on every profile and message.

  • One tap to block so they can no longer contact you or view your profile.

Consequences

Reports are not taken lightly. The person reported may face a formal warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or law enforcement escalation for serious violations. The safety of this community is not negotiable.

If Something Goes Wrong

You have the right to feel safe, respected, and in control of every interaction on Viiiben. End a conversation, block a profile, or leave an event at any time.

Protect your vibe. Report what's wrong. We handle the rest.
